Job Profile:

  • Responsible to identify qualified lead of our Digital Marketing services (SEO/SMO/SMM & PPC) and forward to the concern Team.
  • Coordinate with the clients via email/call/chat.
  • Responsible to communicate/revert of each lead.
  • Responsible for Daily /Weekly monthly reports for leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a Graduate and 1-3 years of relevant experience.

2. Designation - Client Support Executive

Job Profile:

  1. Take inbound calls for support.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' concerns, issues and questions.
  3. Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers are the typical duties of help desk support teams in SaaS and tech companies.
  4.  Providing help and support with installation, customization, maintenance, and upgrading of the product. It requires agents to have deep product/ service knowledge.
  5.  Provide product demonstrations to potential customers.
  6. Good Communication skills and 06 months to 1 year relevant Experience
  7. should be Graduate B.tech/MCA
