Google, the search engine giant finally bids adieu to frequent Panda updates. Google Panda has been one of the significant spam-fighting core google ranking algorithm that Google ever discovered. The search engine Juggernaut introduced Panda update sometimes in February 2011 to fight content spam across the world wide web. Now, the company has officially assimilated in its core ranking algorithm. However, Google didn't disclose when they did that.
Earlier, Google's PR team came out with a comprehensive Panda guide that included a statement that Panda is now part of core google ranking algorithms. Here is what he said:
Panda is an algorithm thatâ€™s applied to sites overall and has become one of our core ranking signals. It measures the quality of a site, which you can read more about in our guidelines. Panda allows Google to take quality into account and adjust ranking accordingly.
Googler Gary Illyes confirmed the news and authenticated that comment. That means, we will not have any more Panda updates in near future. The last that struck was Panda 4.2, which was expected to roll out over several months.
